Ingredients

    Portabella Mushrooms
    1/3 cup cornstarch
    3 tsp butter
    soup packet of miso
    water (approx 2 cups)

Tips

Serve over brown rice with roasted veggies. Can add soy sauce, too.


Directions

Melt butter in skillet over medium heat. saute mushrooms until just tender. Add salt and pepper to taste. Stir in miso and water, bring to the boil. Add cornstarch that has been dissolved in just enough water. Stir and boil for about 3 minutes.

Serving Size: Makes about 8 1/4 cup servings
