Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    3 tbsp ow sodium chicken broth
    4 cloves garlic, pressed
    1 tsp thyme
    1/2 tsp dry mustard
    2 tsp low sodium soy sauce
    3 tbsp balsamic vinegar
    4 boneless firm-fleshed fish fillets (such as cod, haddock or flounder)(1/2" to 3/4" thick)

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a 1 gallon freezer bag and let fish marinate for at least 4 hours to overnight.

Preheat oven to 375 degrees and spray Pam on a baking dish.

Remove fish from marinade and place in a bakign dish. Bake for 15 minutes, or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.

Also good on a grill.

    Very Good
    This was a great marinade - I used 1 t prepared mustard instead of dry (didn't have dry around). The fish fillets were frozen, so I put them in the bag with the marinade without thawing them - worked fine. - 2/12/10
