Ingredients

- 1 can black beans
- 1 can petite diced tomatoes
- ½ large or 1 small Yellow Onion
- 4 cloves Garlic
- 1 Habañero Pepper
- 1tbsp Chili Powder
- 2tsp Cayenne Pepper
- 2tsp Red Pepper Flakes
- 1tbsp Olive Oil
Tips
You can serve it chunky, but I prefer to smooth it out with a stick blender
Serve over White or Brown Rice
I eat it all the time with Steamed veggies, baked tofu, chicken, pork, Swai or Tilapia, etc... Its a universal additive!

Mince Garlic and Dice or Slice Onion. Heat up Oil in Medium to Large Saucepan and cook garlic and onion until browning. Halfway through cooking, add spices and stir into garlic onion mixture thoroughly. Once garlic/onions are cooked, mix in cans of tomatoes and beans (whole can with liquids). Simmer to reduce liquid and stir frequently.
Serving Size: 4-5 1 cup servings
