Homemade chili using vegetable stock & soy crumbles Homemade chili using vegetable stock & soy crumbles

    2 cans diced tomatoes
    1 can RoTel Original
    1 can dark kidney beans (rinsed)
    1 can black beans (rinsed)
    1t. salt
    1/2t. pepper
    1/2T. chili powder
    1/2 t. garlic powder
    1 bag Morningstar Farms Grillers Crumbles


Spices used at your discretion. I do not measure when I cook so all spice amounts are estimates.


Place all ingredients except soy crumbles into slow cooker. Cook on low for 3 hours. Add in soy crumbles and cook 1 additional hour.
