Introduction

A quick and easy substitue when your family is having burgers. A quick and easy substitue when your family is having burgers.

Ingredients

    1 whole wheat dinner roll
    1 veggie chicken patti (breaded)
    3 leafs lettuce, green leaf
    1 tbsp. light mayonaise

Directions

Cook patti according to package instructions. Slice roll in half and lightly toast. Spread with mayo. Top with lettuce and "chicken" patti. Enjoy! Makes 1 serving
