200 g Roasted Chicken
1 C sliced mushrooms
2 C Sweet Yellow Peppers
2 C celery
1 Bag Eat Smart Vegetable Stir Fry Vegetables
Directions
Sautee vegetables in a small amount of EVOO or Coconut oil for about 5 min. Add already cooked chicken and sauce and heat till desired doneness.
