Ingredients

    16 oz Ronzoni Smart Taste Rotini
    24 oz boneless, skinless chicken breasts. About 4 breasts/half of frozen bag
    2 bags, frozen broccoli
    2 bags, frozen peppers & onions
    2 jars, Classico light alfredo sauce
    garlic to taste
    cayenne to taste

Directions

Cook pasta according to directions, drain.

Boil chicken in water for 20 minutes, let cool and shred.

Cook broccoli in microwave.

Cook peppers and onions over stove, drain.

Combine all ingredients, including sauce.

Season with garlic and cayenne.
