    Red Swiss Chard leaves and stalk- 1 bunch, chopped
    1 tomato chopped
    2 tsp olive oil
    1 tbsp moong dal
    1 tsp paanch phoran (fennel seeds, fenugreek seeds, mustard seeds, cumin seeds, kalonji seeds)
    2 dried red chillies


heat oil in a saute pan
add panch phoran, and dried red chillies, let it crackle
add moong dal, saute for 2 min
add chard and tomatoes, mix well, cover and cook until tender. Sprinkle with salt
