    As in list above but add cinnamon too... about 1/4 tsp.


Mix all ingredients together (except blueberries).
Check for consistency.
Pour mix into a non-stick pan, drop blueberries in and cook on high heat until bubble come up to the surface, flip over and cook the other side.
Serve with vanilla yogurt sprinkled with cinnamon.

Serving Size: makes 2 side plate size pancakes
