Ingredients
-
1 medium banana, cut into chunks.
1 cup almond milk (unsweetened)
1 tsp almond butter
1 tbsp ground flaxseed
1 scoop whey protein powder (natural vanilla)
Directions
1. Put all ingredients into a blender.
2. Blend until smooth.
*To make it cooler and with a better texture, try freezing your fresh bananas with the peel on. When it's time for a smoothie, take out one frozen banana, cut into thirds and then cut those thirds in half lengthwise. The peel will break off easily.
