Ingredients

2 lbs. chicken breast sliced thinly
12 oz Broccolli - stems removed
4 oz Baby Carrots blanched
8 oz Mushrooms
8 oz Green Zucchini - sliced
White Onion - cut in slices, then cut those in half
Directions
Cut up all veggies, saute in 1/2 of sesame oil, garlic, and soy, sauce mixture.
To blanch carrots, boil for 2.5 minutes, drain then place in bowl of ice water to stop them from cooking.
Cut up chicken in thin slices, saute in second 1/2 of sauce mixture.
Combine and serve.
