Ingredients

    Part A
    -9 egg white
    -6oz sugar
    -1 tsp cream of tartar

    Part B
    -8 egg yolk
    -7oz flour
    -4oz oil
    -6oz coconut
    -2 tsp baking powder

    -3 tbsp Cocoa Powder

Directions

Beat Part A until fluffy
Add Part B and Cocoa Powder to Part A and mix well. Use a spatula or your hand to avoid breaking the air bubbles.

Bake at 350F for 45minutes
