    1/2 - 1 t of stevia
    1/8 - 1/4 t cinnamon
    1/2 c skim milk (almond/quinoa/soy/rice ??? milk)
    1 c cooked brown rice

Directions

Add 1 cup of cooked brown rice with ingredients and microwave for 2 minutes, stir and eat! Carbs early in the day give you plenty of energy to begin your work.
