Ingredients

    1 c milk
    1 c whole wheat flour
    1/2 c Jillian Micheals protein powder (Vanilla
    1 c Market Pantry Chocolate Protein Powder
    2 t baking powder
    1/2 t baking soda
    1/4 t salt
    1 t cinnamon
    1 t vanilla extract
    1/3 c canola oil
    2 Tbsp + 2 tsp truvia baking blend
    1 c mashed banana
    1 c walnuts

Directions

- Mix together milk, oil, vanilla, and bananas in one bowl
- Mix flour, protein powders, baking powder/soda, salt, cinnamon, and truvia in a large bowl.
- Create a well in the center of the dry ingredients, add in liquid ingredients and stir until just moist (may be a bit chunky still, but not dry, add more milk as needed)
- Gently stir in walnuts, pour into muffin tins and bake 20-25 min at 375 degrees
- Store in the refrigerator, reheat 10-20 s in the microwave before eating or let sit until room temperature.
