Ingredients

    4 diced chicken breast halves
    4 cups very hot water
    1 cup of mushrooms
    1/2 cup chopped onions
    1-cup diced celery
    1-teaspoon pepper
    ˝ teaspoon cayenne pepper
    1 tablespoon Chia seeds
    1/4-tablespoon glucomannan
    1 cup of cold water

Tips

This has become a Sunday night family favorite. It's very creamy and goes well over wild rice or potatoes


Directions

Place thawed chicken into crock-pot or slow cooker. Pour in 4cups of very hot water. Add vegetables. In a medium bowl, mix all the other ingredients together and as you pour in the one-cup of cold water… stir very fast for thirty seconds and then pour into the crock-pot. Stir for one more minute. Cover and cook at low setting 6-8 hours or higher setting for 4-6 hours
