Introduction

The more tomatoes, garlic, and herbs the better! The more tomatoes, garlic, and herbs the better!
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    - 1 salmon fillet

    -2 tbsp of olive oil or cooking

    -2 cloves of garlic

    - 2 yellow onions

    - flour

    - 3 medium tomatoes (diced)

    - halved mini tomatoes(opt)

    - herbs: basil, parsley, onion chives,
    Dried: oregano, thyme, rosemary

Directions

1. Sauté garlic and onions till the onions are soft and yellowing
2. Season salmon with salt and flour and lightly coat with flour to prevent sticking
3. Make room in the pan and cook salmon( you can put onions on top of salon for more space
4. Flip over when one side is brown and add tomatoes
5. Add dry herbs and cook for about 7 minutes with lid on
6. Add fresh herbs and salt and pepper to taste and turn off heat
