Ingredients

    8 cups diced potatoes
    8 cups water
    2 8 oz blocks of 1/3 less fat cream cheese
    6 chicken bouillon cubes
    3 Tbsp Country Crock light butter
    2 tsp dried parsley
    3 Tbsp onion flakes

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a pot, cook on medium heat for an hour, stirring occasionally. Mash potatoes after an hour
