Introduction

This is a low fat healthly alternative to the real thing. This is a low fat healthly alternative to the real thing.
Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    1 Eight Inch Whole Wheat Tortilla=140 Calories or less
    1/4 Cup Kraft Fat Free Mozzarella Cheese
    1/8 Cup Ragu Traditional
    1/8 Cup White Onion Raw Chopped
    3/4 Link Jennie O Hot Italian Turkey Sausage

Directions

Brown Sausage link in pan until 3/4 cooked
Slice 3/4 of sausage and finish cooking
Brown tortilla in broiler to desired crunchiness (Do not over cook. It has to go back in the oven)
Remove tortilla, let cool slightly
Pour and smooth sauce leaving 1/2 inch of edge uncovered
Sprinkle 1/4 cup of cheese over sauce
Spread onion over cheese
Lay sausage slices on top of onion.
Put in oven at 350 degrees for 5 minutes or until sighlty brown.

Serving Size: Makes two, two piece servings
