    fresh steamed cauliflower (400 g)
    chicken stock (1/2 cup)
    coconut oil (1/2 tsp)
    lemon juice (1/2 tbsp)
    garlic, minced (1 tsp)
    black pepper (1/2 tsp)
    sea salt (1/4 tsp)


If you add an extra cup of chicken stock, this could also make a really nice soup!


Rough chop & steam the cauliflower. Drain well.

In a food processor, blend all ingredients until smooth (took about 8 minutes) - scraping down sides as the cauliflower crawls up.
