Ingredients

    Pork Shoulder 3 cups - about 1/2 inch pieces
    Green Chili Peppers ( 1 Can like Old El Paso)
    1 medium Onion Diced
    4 Tbsp Salsa Rancera (medium)
    1 Tbsp ground cumin
    1 Tbsp Oregano
    1 Can petite diced tomatoes
    2 Tbsp lime juice

Directions

Trim visible fat, brown cubed pork - placed all ingredients in small crock pot and let cook on low for 4 + hours.

Serving Size: Makes 8 cup servings
