Introduction

Ingredients

    1 small yellow onion chopped
    1 cup of diced celery
    2 tbsp of olive oil
    4 red potatoes,peeled and diced
    1L stock,,chicken,veg or fish
    1 can cream corn
    1 can 2% evaporated milk
    1 can clams
    2 cups baby scallops raw
    2 cups crab meat
    1 tilapia fillet chunked up
    sea salt
    fresh ground black pepper
    1 tbsp dry basil



Tips

I liked it with whole wheat buttermilk biscuits!


Directions

1. Sauté onion,celery in olive oil until tender
2.Add potatoes and cover with stock.Cook until just turning tender.
3.Add the rest of the ingredients and simmer for 20-30 minutes until all seafood is cooked.
4.Season to taste with salt and pepper.

Serving Size: makes 8 1 -cup servings
