Cabbage, 1/2 large head, chopped
Carrots, raw, 1 cup, sliced thinly
Green Beans, frozen, 1 cup
Grouper or other firm white fish, 20 oz, cut in 1/2" pieces
siracha chili sauce, 1 tsp
Garam Masala, 2 tbsp
Madras Curry powder, 2 tbsp
Cardamom, ground, .5 tbsp
Tumeric ground, .5 tsp
Salt, 1 tbsp
Lime Juice, 2 tbsp
Coconut Milk, 14 oz (1.75 cup)
Water, 2 cups
Cooking Spray (Pam)
Tips
Serve in bowls or over rice (not included in nutrition counts).
Directions
Spray pot with cooking spray. Add all VEGETABLES and FISH. Mix SPICES with WATER, add to pan with remaining ingredients. Bring to boil, reduce heat to simmer. Cover, cook 20-30 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in non-fat GREEK YOGURT if desired.
