Ingredients

    1 can Campbell's healthy request cream of chicken soup
    1 can Campbell's healthy request cream of mushroom soup
    2 cans water
    1 small onion, diced
    2 tsp garlic (or more)
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/2 bag mixed veggies (if you like, I didn't add it to this recipe b/c we prefer fresh veggies on the side in lieu of mushy veggies in our Chicken and Dumplings!)
    1 lb chicken (I used chicken tenders, chicken will fall apart in crockpot.)
    1 pkg biscuits

Tips

May seem runny before biscuits are added, the gluten in the biscuits thickens up the soup once they are added.


Directions

In crockpot, mix soup, water, onion, garlic, salt, pepper and veggies. Cook on low all day 6-8 hours. 2 hours before serving place biscuits on top an replace lid. (You can also mix the biscuits into the mix if you like, seems to cook faster if you don't.)
