    1/4C Flax Seed Meal
    3/4C Oats
    1/4C Brown Sugar
    2T Canola Oil
    1/4C chopped Walnuts
    1/3 C Dried Cherries
    6oz Greek yogurt
    1/2t Cinnamon

Directions
