Ingredients

    1 - 15.25 oz spice cake mix
    1 1/4 cup old fashioned oatmeal, prepared with water (1/2 cup dry oats, 1 cup water)
    3 eggs
    4 small bananas, mashed

Directions

preheat oven to 350 degrees. Beat eggs and bananas. Stir in oatmeal and cake mix. Mix until smooth (about 2 minutes). Scoop into prepared muffin tins. Bake 20 minutes or until lightly golden. Delicious warm or cold.
