Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    2 cups of chopped Cooked Ham
    4 large Potatoes
    1 bag of frozen Cauliflower
    1 cup of chopped Onions
    2 cups of Skim MIlk
    3 TB dried Parsley

Tips

This is a great way to use up leftover Ham or Baked Potatoes!!!


Directions

Cubed Potatoes & boil in water in a Large Pot. When Potatoes are almost tender add frozen Cauliflower. When cooked drain in strainer. To hot pot add onions & cook till tender. Add Milk & Potatoes to pot. When it begins to boil reduce heat & add Sharp Cheddar Cheese stirring until completely melted. Last add Ham & Parsley continue cooking & stirring until the Ham is heated & soup thickens to your liking. Enjoy the Yummy Warm Golden Goodness!!!
