Ingredients

    1 tbsp cilantro
    2 tbsp sofrito
    1 tbsp olive oil
    1 lb boneless chicken
    1 red pepper
    1 green pepper
    1 onion
    1 clove garlic

Directions

saute peppers and onions in oil for about 5-7 minutes then add chicken, garlic, cilantro and sofrito. Cook until chicken is done. Our family serves it over white rice.
