1 pound extra lean ground beef
1 pound ground chicken breast
1 cup oatmeal
1 cup tomato sauce
1 large egg
1/3 cup chopped onions
1 cup shredded cheese
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/8 cup ketchup (optional)
Directions
Combine all ingredients except ketchup, mix lightly but thoroughly. Press into loaf pan.
Bake at 350 for 80-90 minutes (until meat thermometer shows 170). Spread ketchup on top for last 5-10 minutes of baking.
