Introduction

Number of Servings: 14

Ingredients

    Flour white, 1 cup
    Oatmeal (plain) 1 cup dry
    Flax Seed Meal (ground flax) 6 tbsp
    Granulated Sugar 1/2cup
    Egg 2 large
    Milk 1/2cup
    banana 1 cup mashed
    Baking Soda, 1 tsp
    Baking powder 1 tsp
    Applesauce, unsweetened 1/2 cup
    Semisweet chocolate, 2 oz (optional)

Directions

Mesure all the dry ingredants in a bowl, mix in the wet ingredients together and add to dry mix intill just combined. Portion into muffin cups use a muffin liner or grease the tin.
Bake at 350
