Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

1 lb flank steak ( sliced think and fat trimmed)
    1 tbsp of garlic powder
    1 tbsp of onion powder
    1tbsp of cyanne powder
1/4 cup of sodium free soy sauce or worshire sauce
    1Cup hot water
    1/4 cup coconut aminos

Tips

It helps to stop teh cooking cycle about half way through so you can take a papertowel and wipe off extra jucies that are expelling from the meat). I've done this same recpie with fresh squeezed apple juice in place of water, it was very tasty.

Directions

Slice flank steak very thin, best done with an adjustable meat slicer. Toss meat in a gallon size zip lock or in a tuppaware dish. add remaining ingrediants and marinade over night or for 24 hours. When ready remove meat from marinaed, dry off excess juice. Add to Dehydrator and cook at 160* for 8-10 hours (until meat texture and color is appropriate with that of Jerky)
