Ingredients

    1 Red Bell Pepper
    1 Green Bell Pepper
    Garlic, 1 clove
    1 T Coconut Oil Virgin Organic, Expeller Pressed
    Unrefined (Spectrum)
    3 oz Baby Bellas Mushrooms
    1 Lb Beef, grass-fed, ground, raw
    1 Jar (24 oz) Sprouts No Salt Chunky Marinara

Tips

Use over baked spaghetti squash, quinoa, or brown rice pasta


Directions

Clean and cut up vegetables and garlic, sautee over medium heat using 1T Coconut oil, set aside

Brown Ground beef and drain

Add sauteed vegetables and 1 jar organic marinara sauce to ground beef heat through and then reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
