Introduction

Ingredients

    *Potato, raw, 3 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.)
    *Summer Squash, 3 medium
    Cauliflower, cooked, 1 cup (1" pieces)
    Broccoli, cooked, 1 cup, chopped

Tips

Personally, I peeled the vegetables, but one can leave the skin on...


Directions

Boil all vegetables together till soft. Drain water. Let cool a bit and then mash up well. Season to flavor as desired.

Serving Size: Approx. 6 servings of 1 Cup ea.
