Ingredients

1 Clove Garlic Roughly chopped.
1 Can Tomatoes (400g) chopped or whole.
1 tsp Oregano optional.
1 Ripe red Tomato.
Cooked Chicken breast sliced thinly.
1 Cup Cheddar Cheese.
Tips
Chicken can be substituted for other alternatives, e.g. ham, beef, Aubergine etc.
The Cheese can also be mixed or substituted for other cheeses e.g. mozzarella slices.
Play with this to vary and improve.
Directions
Roughly chop garlic and add the can of tomatoes and Oregano, then use the blender to make a smooth sauce.
Roll out pastry onto a flat baking tray. Cover base with sauce, then add toppings as required. This recipe has cooked chicken then topped with cheese and tomato slices.
