Ingredients
1 frozen banana
1/3 cup frozen cherries (pitted)
1 cup brewed coffee, chilled
1/2 cup silk vanilla almond milk (unsweetened or sweetened whatever is your preference)
2 tbsp of chocolate protein powder (any kind will do)
2 tsp of cocoa powder
Directions
Blend all of the ingredients and enjoy! The way I make it and using the protein powder that I use it is only 280 calories for the entire shake. The protein powder I use is gold standard whey double rich chocolate just in case anyone is wondering, but any kind will do.
