    1 can black beans, rinsed and drained
    1 can petite diced tomatoes
    1 can drained corn or 1.75 cups defrosted corn
    1 avocado, peeled, pitted, cubed
    1/2 cup (or a little less) olive oil
    1/2 cup (or a little more) balsamic vinegar


Mix all ingredients in a bowl.

Serving Size: Makes 7 cups
