Ingredients
-
16 Large raw shrimp (easy-peel)
1 Can Hunts Fire Roasted diced tomatoes
1/2 Cup chopped fresh parsley
4 cloves of minced garlic, (smash cloves to release juices)
1 tsp dried hot red pepper flakes (to taste)
4 cups cooked spaghetti
2 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp salt
Tips
Leaving the tails on gives it more shrimp flavor.
Directions
Peel the shrimp. You can leave the tails on if desired.
Cook the spaghetti per package directions. (Don't use angel hair, use real spaghetti.)
In a large pan, place the olive oil. When it is hot, add the garlic and salt. When the garlic is soft (don't brown it), add the peeled shrimp. When shrimp has cooked (turned pink), spoon it out into a bowl and keep it warm.
Add the can of tomatoes to the pan and cook until bubbling.
When the spaghetti is done, add everything back to the pan including the parsley. Serve hot!
