Introduction

1 - 4 x 9 loaf 1 - 4 x 9 loaf
Number of Servings: 14

Ingredients

    12-16 oz warm water/potato water
    1 1/2 T Butter
    3 T Honey
    2 tsp Kosher salt
    1 1/3 C Bread flour
    1 1/3 C White whole wheat flour
    1 C 7 grain or multigrain cereal
    1 T Vital wheat gluten flour
    1 1/2 T Psyllium husk powder
    2 tsp Bread machine yeast

Directions

1. Place ingredients in pan in order.
2. Select dough cycle.
3. On tone, remove to lightly floured surface - flour hands knead 10-30 times - form loaf - place in greased pan - spray top of loaf with oil - cover with plastic and proof in warm place 30-60 minutes until 1 inch above top of pan.
4. Bake in pre-heated 350 F oven for 30 minutes.
5. Remove pan to wire rack - cool 10 minures - turn loaf out of pan to wire rack - cool completely.
6. Store in air tight container.

Makes 1 - 4" x 9" pan - 14 servings.
