Introduction

This is a really good salsa recipe and yields about 3 cups. This is a really good salsa recipe and yields about 3 cups.
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    3 Medium Large Tomatoes cut into chunks
    1/2 Large Sweet Onion
    1 or more Large Jalapenos or your favorite chili. Make it as hot as you like.
    1 Clove Garlic crushed or as much as you like
    1/4 C of chopped cilantro or as much as you like
    1 or 2 Tbls Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    Juice from 1/2 a Juicy Lemon, Meyer Lemons are great and so are limes
    1 Tsp salt or to taste


Directions

Add everything but the Tomatoes to a food processor. Pulse to combine. Add chunked tomatoes and pulse to chunky consistency.

Serving Size: Makes about 3 cups - 1/4 cup serving size
