Ingredients

    2- 5 oz cans tuna in water drained
    1 egg
    1 tsp dill seed
    3 T ground flaxmeal
    2 tsp garlic powder
    2 T worcestershire sauce

Tips

You can top with salsa. Add any spice you would like.


Directions

drain both cans of tuna put in bowl. add egg, garlic powder, dill seed, worcestershire sauce and flaxmeal and mix well. measure with a 1/4 cup and form patties. cook in nonstick skillet with pam about 7 mins on medium heat each side til browned. Enjoy!
