Ingredients

    1.25 lbs. ground turkey
    1 extra large egg
    1/4 cup dry oatmeal (Gluten free)
    3 Tbsp. Organic Ketchup
    1 package Lipton onion soup mix (dry)

Tips

I use gluten free oats from Trader Joes.


Directions

Mix all ingredients a place in a loaf pan that has been sprayed with non stick spray. Bake at 375 degrees for 35 minutes.
