Ingredients

    rolled oats
    apple crisps
    pistachios
    walnuts
    soy nuts
    pumpkin seeds
    flax seed
    sweetened coconut
    brown sugar
    unsweetened applesauce
    salt
    Vanilla Extract
    Ghiradelli Dark Chocolate Chips
    Oikos Black Cherry Fruit on the Bottom yogurt

Tips

Add 1/2 a cup to yogurt for a great breakfast or snack.


Directions

Mix dry ingredients (crush apple crisps before adding, do not add chocolate chips) and wet ingredients (do not include yogurt) in separate bowls. Add wet to dry. Place on cookie sheet in 250 degree heated oven. Stir in oven every 1/2 hour for 75 minutes. Cool. Add chopped dark chocolate chips and store in zip lock bags.
