Introduction

Cream together butter, dates (I mince mine to a paste), and honey. Add eggs & honey. In a separate bowl, mix dry ingredients. Add dry to wet til combined. Fold in chocolate chips. Ingredients

    1 stick (1/2 cup) Butter
    1/2 cup finely minced Dates
    1/4 cup Honey
    2 Eggs
    1 Tablespoon Vanilla extract
    2 cups Almond flour
    1 teaspoon Baking Soda
    1/2 teaspoon Salt
    1/2 package Chocolate chips or chunks (the darker, the better!)

Tips

Let them cool on the pan for a few minutes before transferring them to a cooling rack.
