I only made a small batch. I used ground up pork rinds and about 1/4 flour. VERY tasty. Will definitely make this again and again! - 8/20/17

  • Bad
I shook off as much of the flour mixture as I could before baking. The cauliflower was still floury and gooey. The cook time is way too long and the cauliflower was limp after cooking. - 8/17/20

  • 20 mins is too long for cauliflower. 5-10 and the cauliflower will still have some crunch. - 2/22/20
