Introduction

This is a high anti-inflammatory and anti-oxidant juice and a great drink for body detox. This is a high anti-inflammatory and anti-oxidant juice and a great drink for body detox.

Ingredients

    Kale
    Cucumber
    Celery
    Lemon
    Ginger
    Granny smith apple

Tips

4 cups of spinach can be used in place of kale.
Other apples with high water content (gala apples) can be used if you do not have the granny smith apples.


Directions

Wash all fruits and vegetables thoroughly. Use an extractor juicer to juice all vegetables and fruits and drink within 15 minutes.
If you do not have an extractor juicer, blend all ingredients with 2 cups of water; but peel the ginger first.
