    1 lb. ground turkey
    1 lb. ground chicken
    2 quarts tomato juice
    1 can Rotel Cilantro Lime Diced Tomatoes
    1 can Rotel Hot Diced Tomatoes & Habaneros
    1 can light red kidney beans
    1 can dark red kidney beans
    1 green pepper
    2 onions
    2 tbsp. chili powder
    2 tbsp. ground cumin
    1 tsp. poultry seasoning
    1 tsp. thyme
    .25 tsp. paprika
    .25 tsp. rosemary


Top with your favorite corn chips and shredded cheese if desired. (NOT FACTORED INTO NUTRITIONAL INFO)


Brown the meat in a skillet with the poultry seasoning. Once finished add all ingredients into a large pot and bring to a boil then reduce to low and let simmer for 2 hours. Stir occasionally.
