Introduction

Ingredients

    1/2 c. nonfat plain greek yogurt
    1/4 c. gorgonzola or blue cheese crumbles
    1 Tbsp. white vinegar
    Juice of half a lemon
    Dash of garlic powder
    Dash of onion powder
    Pepper to taste

Tips

I used white pepper. I also had to sub in some light sour cream since I ran out of plain greek yogurt. I used 2 servings as the guide because I mainly am using it for a dip.


Directions

Mix all the ingredients together, smashing the gorgonzola/blue cheese. Let sit in the refrigerator for at least an hour so the flavors mingle.
