Ingredients

    16-18 oz raw weight boneless, skinless chicken breast cut into tenders

    Rub (mix together thoroughly):
    1 t each of garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika
    1/2 t celery salt
    Pinch of black pepper

    Buffalo Sauce (whisk together thoroughly):

    1T Melted Butter
    1-2 T Frank's Red Hot
    1 t garlic powder

Tips

You can top with additional Frank's after cooking to increase heat. Pair with a homemade greek yogurt ranch dip!


Directions

Rub chicken tenders in the spices. Put chicken on a baking rack placed on a cookie sheet. Using a silicone pastry brush, brush the tenders the buffalo sauce mix. Bake for 35 minutes at 400 degrees.
