1.5 tbsp almond butter or peanut butter
2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
1.5 frozen banana's
1tbsp honey
1 c fat free milk
Tips
Adjust the peanut butter and/or cocoa to your liking. For a thicker smoothie add 2 whole banana's for a thinner smoothie increase the milk.
Directions
Just throw it in the blender and hit the on button. Once the mixture is liquid, pour in two glasses and serve immediately.
