Ingredients

    2 1/2 cups Water
    1 cup Sugar
    1/2 cup Unsweetened Cocoa
    3oz Bittersweet Chocolate, chopped
    1 tsp Vanilla
    1 cup Raspberries

Tips

Curves Complete: Enjoy for dessert. (Occasionally you may replace a snack with a dessert).


Directions

1. Bring the water to a boil in a medium saucepan. Add the sugar and cocoa. Reduce the temperature and simmer for 5 minutes. Stir frequently.

2. Take the pan off the heat and add the chocolate and vanilla. Stir until the chocolate melts. Cover and chill.

3. Place the mixture in an ice cream freezer and follow the manufacturer's directions. Divide the scoops among serving bowls. Top with the raspberries.
