Ingredients

    4 chicken breast tenders or 1 1/2 chicken breast
    1/2 cup seasoned bread crumbs (I used italian)
    1 egg white
    salt to taste

Tips

I used about twice the bread crumbs and twice the egg white but threw away half but it does make it easier to coat the chicken.


Directions

Preheat over to 375. Cut chicken in nugget size pieces. Roll in egg white and then coat with bread crumbs. salt to taste. Place on baking dish spaced out so they are not touching and bake for 10-15 minutes until are done.

Serving Size: about 8 nuggets, makes 4 servings
